Dec 3, 10, 17 FINAL PRESENTATION

Junior Equine Science Club is  an 8-week program. Each class will be an hour and 15 minutes and focus on the fundamentals of equestrian science.

The focus will be on reviewing former topics and then moving on to different equestrian careers as well as topics related to managing a barn, equine-related business, or a lesson program.

We will bring in  speakers that can share about their professions, and potentially visit some different locations such as tack shops and feed stores in order to discuss how to look for quality items, feed, and what it would be like to make those sorts of decisions in your business.

The last class will be a final project where each student shares a presentation about what they have learned in a creative way that will be determined by the last couple weeks of class.

Special Note: Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.
