*Have good communication skills (May need to interact with boarders, students, community members, etc.)
*Have reliable transportation
*Have references who can attest that you are reliable and trustworthy
*Have a willing, positive and caring attitude - must do what it takes to care for the animals
and get the job done.

Board amenities include small arena, round pen, hay barn for hay storage, tack room, and miles of dirt roads to ride on. Full care board is $275 and there may be an opportunity to work off part or whole board.

farm. You need to believe in the "why" behind our farm and what we do and be enthusiastic
about it. Room for growth if you want.
