FARM SCHOOL AT LAUGHNG BUCK FARM

Farm School classes are held from September through May, with breaks for holidays.
Small classes (8 kids with 2 teachers), all outside working, playing and learning together.
We have new openings in our THURSDAY (7 and up) and FRIDAY (5 and up) classes.
Send me an email!

"Where we inspire a love for farming, horsemanship, gardening, and nature  through the rhythms of
the seasons and hands-on learning and play-- all in an outdoor, farm setting."

Do you want to get your children outside, moving, playing, working, connecting with animals and other kids? Here at Laughing Buck Farm we share farm life, the jobs and the adventures together with farmers of all ages.  On any given day we might gather eggs,  groom or ride the horses, work in the garden, go on nature adventures, build forts, swing in the haybarn, snuggle with the bunnies and just enjoy the day unfold together. We have a relaxed pace, yet manage to get the chores done and have lots of fun.

Farm School at Laughing Buck Farm goes year round, with breaks for holidays and school vacations. We are committed to kids being outside to experience all four seasons so we work, play and enjoy the seasons and the weather together.

Together, we will:
*experience the rhythm of farm life and start each day with chores and greeting the animals
*work together to care for ponies, goats, chickens, pigs every day
*spend all three class hours outside
*learn about farm life and nature with hands-on learning activities in the garden, orchard, and the natural world
*learn about nature's timeline with activities that are in tune with the seasons
